Day 4 - Twisted. For me, the ropes twisted together to make a halter instantly comes to mind. Years of my life have been spent showing heifers so tame they sometimes put their own halters on when ready for their fan and hay. Four generations have passed through that gate to grab a halter and are interwoven because of it.

What a lovely thought Bolton. I've always loved watching people show livestock and never realised they could be so tame. (I know...city girl) :)
ReplyDeleteour cattle love us and we them. i always say they are treated better than people in 3rd world countries could ever imagine. and once they know that they can have hay, fans, and a shower on a hot day - they are all in! lol. :)
